HERNDON, Va. -Audi honored 93 top-performing dealerships in the U.S. with the Magna Society Awards, a distinction for dealers who achieved excellent performance in 2015.

earn Magna Society recognition, dealers must demonstrate an exceptional level
of customer service as well as strong business performance.
The Magna Society was created by Audi to identify and recognize dealerships that go above and beyond business objectives and sales targets, and cultivate staff that properly represents the Audi brand and culture.
"Each year the number of Magna Society Award recipients increases, a testament to the elite caliber of the Audi dealer network in the United States," said Mark Del Rosso, EVP and Chief Operating Officer, Audi of America. In 2014 Audi honored 91 dealers with Magna Society Awards, a jump from the 61 dealers that were honored in 2013. Additionally, Audi of America recently placed first among all other automotive brands in the 2016 J.D. Power Customer Service Index, further proof of the consistent and considerable improvements made across the dealer network.
The
Magna Society awards fit with long-range plans established by Audi and its
franchise partners to make Audi facilities more exclusive. In 2015, the number
of dealership locations exclusively selling Audi models increased by the end of
the year to 187 in the U.S. from 15 dealerships operating in 1999. Audi also
increased its share of the U.S. imported luxury car segment to 11.2% based on
record annual U.S. sales of 202,202 units in 2015.

To earn Magna Society recognition, dealers must demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service as well as strong business performance. Among the recipients, 12 dealerships were distinguished as 2014 Audi Elite Magna Society winners, a special honor for superior achievements as the best of the best.
